These terms govern your use of MESH, operated by Zeta Studios LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using MESH, you agree to these terms.
MESH is an AI-powered personal productivity application that connects your calendar, tasks, notes, and memory. The service includes a web application, desktop application, and mobile application.
You must create an account to use MESH. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
You retain ownership of all content you create in MESH (events, tasks, notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service — including sending it to our AI provider for analysis and generating insights.

Free tier: MESH offers a free tier with limited monthly interactions.
Pro tier: The Pro subscription is billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the Manage Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
MESH integrates with third-party services (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc.) at your discretion. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
MESH uses AI to generate briefings, extract memories, and provide suggestions. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on any AI-generated suggestions. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.
We strive to keep MESH available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
MESH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeta Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
